I currently serve as the Lead Encounter Designer on Diablo IV.

·  Supervise the work of all 11 Encounter (Monster) Designers. Perform one-on-one’s, write performance reviews, assign tasks, manage hiring, provide overall support.

·  Meet with leads of supporting departments (VFX, Animation, Concept, Tech Art, Character Art, other design departments) to ensure that the monster pipeline is functioning effectively.

·  Feature lead and design owner for end game quest boss for Diablo IV’s first expansion. Coordinate and assign tasks for VFX, Animation, Tech Art, Concept, and World Building.

·  Trained 23 designers in all things related to Monster Design.

·  Coordinated 120 testers for 12000 total boss fights to gather tuning data to balance all 65+ bosses of Diablo IV

·  Worked with the analytics team to compile qualitative and quantitative data based on playtests, culminating in two, 250-page balance reports.

·  Used data gathered to implement all balance changes for all bosses in Diablo IV
